Here is a look at what being part of the Good Neighbors TEAM includes.
Our interview process includes your application, a primary interview, reference checks, a secondary interview, and successful completion of your orientation week. To quote Mac Anderson “You can’t send a duck to eagle school. If your company mission is to climb a tree which would you rather do ~ hire a squirrel or train a horse? You can’t teach someone to want to serve - you can’t teach people to smile - you can’t teach personality...but you can hire people who have these qualities and then teach them our product and then our culture.” We absolutely believe every diamond starts as a chunk of coal, but we do our best to make sure we locate the diamond to be. We had our 3rd Annual Employee Recognition Dinner this past November...a time to spend together honoring the TEAM.
